BIODIVERSITY TALKS
As a debate was supposed to take place in Dobrich about Development and Sustainable Agriculture, C3 short-term exchange was connected to "Biodiversity" topic, one of the main goal implemented this scholar year, according to our Gantt chart. French team was specially implicated in, since it had brainstomings and movie to produce in order to respond to a national contest organized by French authorities and focused on the future G7 summit in Biarritz (August 2019). That's the reason why the pupils from Lycée Ravel wanted to do a role play in Bulgaria with some of their partners, a good way to simulate a transnational negociation.
The work was eventually done with Romanian students. Thanks to them ( Mihai 1 and 2, Vania alias Florin) and to the teachers of the Colegiul Economic "Iulian Pop", Prof Giurgiuman and Zetea.
LES 7 PROPOSITIONS POUR PRESERVER LA BIODIVERSITE - SEVEN PROPOSALS FOR BIODIVERSITY

PROPOSITION 1 La création d'une "Agence Bleue" (Blue Agency) dépendante de l'ONU. Cette institution internationale agirait pour le développement d'une économie propre fondée sur le Biomimétisme et disposerait d'une Blue Bank pour cofinancer les innovations portées par les entreprises, les universités et/ou les états.

PROPOSITION 2 La modification des statuts et des objectifs de la FAO ,pour la promotion par cette nouvelle agence internationale d'une agriculture raisonnée à l'échelle du monde tout entier, ceci afin de préserver la qualité des sols, la biodiversité et le libre accès aux semences et intrants et de réussir une révolution « doublement » verte. |

SECOND PROPOSAL The modification of the statutes and objectives of FAO, for the promotion by this new international agency of sustainable agriculture around the world whole, in order to preserve soil quality, biodiversity and open access seeds and inputs and to achieve a "double" green revolution. |

L'introduction dans le Droit des états de la notion nouvelle de personnalité juridique du vivant afin que les associations et/ou les gouvernements puissent porter plainte et ester en justice au nom d'objets naturels (tels que lacs, rivières, forêts) pour défendre notamment les intérêts des espèces animales, reconnues universellement comme des êtres sensibles devant être protégés contre toute cruauté gratuite de la part de l'Homme. THIRD PROPOSAL The extension of the jurisdiction of the Iinternational Criminal Court or the creation of another International Court dedicated to these issues, to judge the crimes committed against the Animalsand ecosystems and put an end to any kind of impunity in this area. FOURTH PROPOSAL The introduction in the Law of States of the new concept of legal personality living organisms so that associations and / or governments can complain in the name of natural objects |

La fondation d'une police universelle des biotopes, sorte de « casques verts » relevant de l'autorité du secrétaire général de l'ONU pour assister les états concernés (avec l'accord du Conseil de Sécurité) en cas de catastrophe écologique (marées noires, dispersion massive de radio-éléments, etc.) dont l'ampleur dépasserait les capacités d'action d'un pays ou dont les retombées concerneraient le monde entier. |

La surface de ces parcs protégés devraient constituer au moins 10% de la surface des pays situés en Europe et en Asie, 25 % des états Africains, Océaniens et Américains, être constituée de blocs homogènes et faire l'objet d'une protection effective passant par des restrictions fortesvoire par l'interdiction de résidence. |
